Melt Bar & Grilled

Melt Bar and Grilled was born from Cleveland musician and chef Matt Fish’s love of two things: great craft beer and the humble grilled cheese sandwich. What had been the best-kept secret in Cleveland was soon thrust into the national spotlight, as Melt was then featured on television series Man vs. Food as well as Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives. Folks from out of town are now adjusting their travel routes to Lake County’s Mentor location just to see what all the fuss was about. Join them, it’s a dining experience you will always remember!
