The Lake County Recorder preserves and maintains the County Land Records. Becky Lynch is the 25th Recorder for Lake County since the founding in 1840. Land records such as Deeds, Mortgages, Affidavits, Liens are safely kept in your Lake County Recorder Office in the Administration Center located at the County Seat in Painesville, Ohio.
